1. Tapio Säynevirta forced 600 points in free rifle prone event in Tammisaari 7.6.2003.
2. Keijo Minkkinen also did 600 in Finnish Sportshooting Associations championships in Lahti 29.8.2003
3. Kari Pennanen reached 600 points in prone at 300 metre as the third shooter in Finland (Danish 300-EC 29.7.2005)
4. Aarne Markko is the fourth finnish shooter who has achieved the very splendid result of 600 (3.6.2006).
5. Henri Häkkinen is the fifth finnish shooter who has done a full performance by doing 600 in an air rifle match (15.2.2008).
6. Henri Häkkinen equalised Finnsh record in free rifle 300 metre prone.On saturday 30.8.2008 Henry shot 600 points in Oulu, Finland.


Tapio Säynevirta was earlier sharing the late record 599 with eight other fellow shooters (Ralf Westerlund RS 27.06.1987 Oslo, Harri Marjala RS 23.04.1993 EC Paris, Tapio Säynevirta JA 24.04.1993 EC Paris, Kalle Leskinen KontU 04.09.1993 FC Hollola, Jukka Salonen KeuSA 12.07.1994 EC Hollola, Arto Laakso HAS 05.07.1997 Tammisaari, Kauko Kaartinen RS 27.07.1997 Hollola, Juha Hirvi KAS 31.07.1997 Århus and 599 Kyösti Kurvinen KuuA 28.04.1998 Delfzilj.) Tapio is still the only shooter in Group 600 who has done it by legendary .308.

Keijo Minkkinen is a true veteran in Finnish Military Shooting team and is becoming aficionado in 300 metre shooting.

Kari Pennanen told during the well performed ECH-2005 (team silver in prone and team bronze in standard rifle) in Belgrad, Bosnia-Herzegovina,
that he should make a new personal best in prone shooting (597 at that time) so that he does not need to think too much about the personal limits.
So the next time to reach a better score was danish EC at 300 metres 28.-31.7.2005 only a couples of weeks later.
And we know Kari as a man that he has always kept his word.

In the team prone event in Århus, Danmark Kari shot the high score of 599 points and fulfilled his promise.
But nobody knew there will be coming some extra points furthermore!
In the individual prone shooting event (29.7.2005) he explode all the expectations we have used to know with him.
Suddenly, 600 points became a level of his new standard.
Everybody near Kari did know that he is a man capable of doing high things, so this top performance has fullfilled one dream of his own and his co-shooters as well.
The critical tools besides him for suberb performance were thoroughness tested Grunig-Elmiger ST-200 and Norma ammunition combination.

Aarne Markko was the super hero in Säkylä-300 (3.6.2006) competition while shooting 600 points in free rifle prone.
Aarne is the fourth finnish shooter to achieve this splendid result.

Henri Häkkinen was very pleased after doing a full performance in the Finnish Team Championships in air rifle.
Every skilled shooters would like to see and feel the day when shooting with full spiritual effort.
15.2.2008 was the day when Henry met that feeling. And we wish best luck to him to do it many more times again.

Erkki Seikkula from Nammo-Lapua and Henri Häkkinen were quite smiley after Henri doing 600/600 points in free
rifle prone event. Henri's new weapon is Grunig-Elmiger 6,5 x 47. Ammunition is manufactured at Nammo-Lapua.

The sixth finnish shooter who has conquered 600 points in the competition is Juha Hirvi. He did it in small bore rifle prone 1.8.2004.
Juha Hirvi is not belonging to the FMST.
