Finnish Military Team in Shoot-outs for the MNM-03

Shoot-outs for the Nordic Military Championships (Jägerprisleien, Danmark 1.-5.9.2003) started when Finnish Defence Forces had its field shooting competition in centre fire pistol (ISSF), standard rifle (ISSF) and duty rifle (M62). The field shooting event took its place in Niinisalo, Kankaanpää where the Artillery Brigade and Fincent is located. The number of participants in field shooting competition is increasing every year and so there were now about 70 regulary person and 100 conscripts.

The first shooters to get a visa for the NMC were Tom Rönnberg and Pekka Röppänen. Besides the field shooting event the pistol shooters had their evaluation test in the military rapid fire. The best results done were Pekka Keskinen's 588 and Keimo Korpioksa's 583.
