The Finnish Military Shooting Team participated the Nordic Military Shooting Championships in Boden, Sweden 6.-10.8.2007.
CISM 2008 will be arranged also in Boden garrison due to the excellent swedish standard.

The accomodation and leisure time activities were placed in old Boden garrison area.

The rifle ranges are situated only 15-minute-drive away from barracks.

Pistol competitions were held in an old ranges. CISM 2008 will have a brand new ranges next to rifle ranges.

The ultimate speciality of the nordic championships is the field shooting. Here the last pistol stage.


The rifle field shooting may have targets placed 5 - 600 metres from the shooting point. In this stage
white target systems (3) can be seen behind the lake (350m, 450m and 550m).

The true event during nordic military championships is the leader event.
This year it was a team game with laser guns (believe or not the finnish team was quite good!)

Cultural or/and outdoor activities belongs to NMSC. Here are the paricipants having
great time in Storeforsen area.
